Use the No Permit fable card to foil your rivals with red tape, or rush ahead in the competition by planning a Midsummer Festival at just the right time and place. But beware All Hallow's Eve, which allows monsters to come out of hiding and remain on the board for multiple rounds! Each of these cards adds new fable or card options to add to your game.
